A WHISKY TO TAKE YOUR TIME OVEROnly one in every hundred barrels is chosen to mature in the higher temperatures of the upper reaches of the Jack Daniel's maturation warehouses, where the American white oak barrels have optimum interaction with the whiskey inside. The result of this ageing process is a particularly full-bodied and flavoursome whiskey, and each bottle is given a unique label detailing its rick number, barrel number and bottling date. For that reason, we recommend simply pouring Single Barrel Select into your favourite tumbler, and spending a little time getting to know it.
